Elizabeth Macmillan is a highly experienced clinical psychologist with a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. With over 10 years of experience, Elizabeth has helped countless individuals to achieve emotional well-being, overcome anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Elizabeth believes in a holistic approach to mental health, taking into account the whole person, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She is dedicated to providing a safe, warm, and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions and gain the tools they need to lead happy, fulfilling lives.

Our Clinical Psychologist, Liz Macmillan, has training and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnosis, Art Therapy, Behaviour Modification, Family Therapy, Psychodrama and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My specialties include helping individuals struggling with depressive and anxiety disorders, anger management, assertiveness and communication skills, self esteem and confidence, as well as post traumatic stress disorder. I understand that life can be unpredictable and stressful, which is why I'm also well-versed in stress management techniques and work rehabilitation.
